KartBusiness is a platform for sharing business cards online. KartBusiness is paperless and digital, so, no need to print cards of paper or plastic.

KartBusiness help all people to access contact information of near businesses and companies easily.

As a mini-CRM 🔗

You call collect all your colleagues and clients in one place; your favorite cards inside KartBusiness. Tell all of them to create a business card for each one of them, let them send you the link to their business card(s), add each card of them into your favorite card wallet. That’s how to can get all of their contact information in one place; digital and searchable.

Visibility and privacy 🔗

You can create a business card with visibility of public, private, or secret.

The public business card is available to all people online, to search, to see on the website and the app, to search for it on Google and Bing.

The private business card is available to selected users which are logged in to KartBusiness and have a link to your card you shared privately (i.e: direct message) or in a tight circle/community (eg: a secret Facebook group with many members).

The secret business card is availabe for the user who has those 3 critereas; 1. logged in to KartBusiness, 2. has a link to your business card on KartBusiness, 3. requested access to your business card to view it, and you approve his/her request.

Sharing your business card 🔗

With KartBusiness, sharing your business card is easier than ever.

If you have a business card for your software company, make the card public; to let all people access the information you provide in the page of the card. People can see your company’s business card even if they are not logged in to KartBusiness. They can see it on search results on Google and Bing. They can ask Gemini, ChatGPT or any other AI chatbot for company’s card.

You can share the card via QR Code, too. In the bottom of the page of your card, you’ll see a “share on” section. Click on the icon of QR Code and let people scan it to open the card of their smartphone.

You can share a link to your page of the card via any social media platform from the “sharing to” section.

Better for long-term relations 🔗

When you share your business card with other people, they will add your business card into their favorite cards wallet inside KartBusiness. So, if you update any information on your business card, they’ll get it immediately. If you lost your e-mail and made a new one and shared it on your business card, they can see the new one which let you continue your mutual relation.

That will let you compound your relations and connections through the months and years for better marketing for your company and yourself.

Losing connections is a horrible thing to do in your career. Building and maintaining a healthy relationships and connections with clients and colleagues, let you handle problems better later because you’ll have too many people for help and deal. When you have too many plastic/paper business cards, flipping through them all to find the one you are looking for is not fun.

Even if you add business cards information into your contacts on your smartphone, it is still not easy to find because (1) you may forget the name, or the category naming you used then,.. so you can’t find the information even though you have it. (2) they may have lost/changed their phone number, changed their address, .. etc. But on KartBusiness they can keep their information up to date easily and for free. You can keep their business card in your favorite cards wallet, and search them easily, or just filter all your saved/favorite cards by category, country, governorate/state, and/or city.
