Recreated the Website to be futureproof

The old website had some good features such as auto light/dark mode, ~500 posts, good enough speed & performance, mobile-first design UI/UX, responsive layout.

The refreshed website kept all those things. Some features improved, more features and capabilities added.

Here are the list of all features and capabilities kept or added to the website:

Futureproof content format 🔗

In the new website, I use markdown files .md as content storage. So I can update or upgrade or even completely change the tech stack without reproducing/rewriting the old content. Upgrades will be seamlessly applied in the future.

This is the biggest upgrade in the website.

Bilingual 🔗

The website is - now - bilingual. So you can check the Arabic version of the website, or the English one . The blog posts are in Arabic and English too.

Simpler UI/UX 🔗

Used a simpler, more minimal layout for better usage and less cognitive load on the reader.

More Content 🔗

I am translating some evergreen Arabic posts into English. I will blog bilingually in the next post.

Multimedia Content 🔗

I am adding more images and videos to the old and new posts for better understanding.

‘READ FOR ME’ 🔗

I am adding text to speech feature to read aloud the blog post for you, so you can listen instead of reading word by word.
